To ensure the Brunel Worldwide Chauffeur Drive service, it is necessary to reserve and dispatch a specifc car and chauffeur to meet each customer.
It is therefore necessary to charge for the service (as a hotel must charge for a guaranteed room) in the event the passenger is a "no show".
But you can avoid the "no show" charge by giving us a call before the chauffeur is dispatched.
